Mr. Simon Fraser |
Mr. Simon Fraser has extensive experience of the institutional fund management industry,
having worked at Fidelity International from 1981 to 2008, latterly as President of the
Investment Solutions Group and President of the Retirement Institute. Simon held a number
of positions during his career at Fidelity nternational, including President, European |
& UK business, Global Chief Investment Officer, Chief Investment Officer for Asia
Pacific and Chief Investment Officer of the European Investment Group. Since stepping
down from his full- Time role at Fidelity at the end of 2008, Simon has joined the board of a
number of companies including Barclays bank. |

Mr. Saurabh Srivastava |
Mr. Saurabh Srivastava is one of India’s leading IT entrepreneurs, angel investors and
venture capitalists. He founded one of India’s most successful and trend setting software
companies, IIS Infotech Ltd. which became India’s 11th largest software company within 4 years
of inception. He is very active in promoting entrepreneurship in India, chairs the Indian Venture
Capital and Asia Pac Venture Capital Associations, is Chairman Emeritus of TIE Delhi (and served
on TIE’s global board), Co Founder and Director of the Indian Angel Network and Chaired Infinity
Ventures, India’s first and most successful early stage Venture Fund. Chaired Infinity Ventures,
India’s first and most successful early stage Venture Fund.
Mr. Srivastava is one of India’s most respected IT industry leaders and is recognized as one of
the architects of the Indian software industry. He is a co-founder and past Chairman of |
NASSCOM, past Chairman of the Indian overnment’s Electronics and Computer
Software Export Promotion Council. He has served on several government committees /
task forces / board such as the Indo EU Round Table, PM’s Working Group on Innovation, IT
Ministry’s Committee on software exports, Screening Committee of OTCEI, Planning Commission
and SEBI Committees of Venture Capital, UP and Bihar Task Forces, Media Lab Asia and PICUP,
etc. He is on Advisory Board of Imperial College Business School, London, Adjunct Professor of
Entrepreneurship of IIT Mumbai, on the Entrepreneurship / Incubation board of IIT Delhi and IITK,
and Advisory board of Uttarakhand University. He has a Masters from Harvard , a B Tech from IIT
and his awards include Distinguished Alumnus from IITK, Honorary Doctorate from University of
Wolverhampton, UK and Lifetime Achievement award from theIT Industry in India. |

Mr. KEKI M. MISTRY
VICE-CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR, HDFC LTD |
Mr Keki Mistry, in his capacity as the Vice Chairman & MD, and the company CFO, covers a wide
area, which encompasses Investor Relations, Treasury, Accounts, Secretarial, Deposits and
Administration. A financial expert, his skills are reflected in hisability to play a key role in the
joint ventures of the new HDFC group companies, namely, HDFC Bank, HDFC AMC, HDFC
Standard Life Insurance Company Limited and HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd., thus
transforming HDFC into an integrated financial services provider. He is and a Fellow Member of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Certified Public Accountant, Michigan USA, and
a Member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. |
Besides his responsibilities within HDFC, he is a Director on the Board of IL&FS Ltd,
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, India Value Fund Advisors Pvt. Ltd, and The Great
Eastern Shipping Company Ltd. He is also the Chairman of GRUH Finance Ltd. In recognition
of his the contributions, Mr Keki Mistry was awarded the Best Performing CFO in the Financial
Services Sector by CNBC-TV18 for three consecutive years –2006, 2007 & 2008. In 2008, Mr
Mistry was also awarded the “Best CFO of the Year 2008” across various sectors. The Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), in January 2009, has announced Mr Mistry as the “Best
CFO in Financial Services”. |
